5-Day club is your VBS+ teachers
This is the beginning of a great journey!!!
We know that running a Vacation Bible School (VBS) takes a tremendous amount of work. We also know that choosing your VBS kit isn’t the hardest part, finding your volunteers is.
That’s why we don’t just give you a VBS kit,
we also give you teachers!!
Like traditional VBS kits you’ll receive everything you need to
• Make themed crafts
• Play themed games
• Provide themed snacks
• Decorate your church
• Promote your program
And if your program is longer than half a day, they’ll be an extra set of hands, to help with the rest of your program.

What do I have to do?
STEP 1: Register
Fill out the registration form here.
Once we receive your registration form a staff member will be in touch to confirm the week you have requested and answer any questions you might have.
STEP 2: Receive
Once your registration is complete and we have received payment you will receive your 5-Day Club kit digitally. You will receive the CREW who will teach your 5-Day Club the Saturday prior to your program.
STEP 3: Rejoice
Even though your week of 5-Day Club will be a little crazy, you’ll rejoice at the amazing work God did at your 5-Day Club

Your 5-Day Club program will have a lasting impact on the kids you reach while offering non-church going members of your community a safe way to be introduced to your church.
FAQ
How long is the chapel portion of the program?
The chapel portion of the program is between 1.5-2 hours depending on the needs of your program.
Who are the CREW that come?
The CREW are Christian young people from around Ontario who feel called to support the church and reach kids with the gospel
How old are the Crew?
The CREW who serve with us are usually between the ages of 15-22.
When will I know who the CREW that are coming are?
The CREW are being trained during the first two weeks of July. Through careful observation, evaluation and assessment we make a decision on who to send where during the second week of July.
What are my responsibilities with the CREW?
We ask the partnering church to provide Room and Board for the CREW for the week they are serving with you. A Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector search is required for anyone over the age of 18 in the home they are staying at, as well as for anyone driving them.
You will also need to provide transportation for the CREW to and from 5-Day Club each day.
It is also your responsibility to get the CREW to their next location on the Saturday after your 5-Day Club.
