Home Stretch!

It’s hard to believe that the CREW are already heading into their last week of summer ministry! Pray for them as they become tired and face discouragements. Pray that they would be energized by the Holy Spirit as they continue to see Him work.

Here is a glimpse of how God worked during week three. Thank you for continuing to pray for each of our CREW and the kids they are reaching!

“There was a girl in my small group, who was really quiet at the start of the week. She started opening up near the end of the week, and became more comfortable asking questions. During the evening chapel session, where we watched a video and the kids were told to write down questions, she had some really deep questions. It all had to do with if we should really believe and why we can trust in a creator God. I think small group time was really beneficial for the kids this week to take their next step with God. Especially in my group, God helped me point the kids back to Scripture when looking for answers.” ~ Camp CREW

“I had been really praying to see God work and to see kids being saved this week. On the first day after teaching the Bible lesson, 8 kids came to the back to talk to me. After talking to them, 2 had done it before, 3 believed in Jesus, and 3 wanted to think about it! We had kids respond to the invitation every day. It was an answer to prayer!.”
~ Outbound CREW

“God’s light shone through the darkness this week. One night one of the campers really needed some help, spiritually. It was only by God’s strength that I was able to be awake and know what to say to her. We read the Bible aloud together and prayed. Even with the devil working, God’s light overcame.” ~ Camp CREW

So let’s not get tired go doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9
